Delivery at minimum charge!
We are pleased to offer our
Certified Organic and Preservative Free Wines home delivered with
only a modest single delivery fee regardless of quantity
ordered.
All our wines are Certified by
the Biological Farmers of Australia [BFA] and our vineyard and the
wineries we use are all subjected to rigorous annual
audits. Our wines also conform to The Export Standards set by
the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service so you can be
assured that the Preservative 220 level is always less than 100ppm.
We no longer use Diamonium Phosphate [DAP or Superphosphate] to
feed the yeast during fermentation
Our vineyard has not had any
artificial fertilisers applied to it since 5 years before its
establishment in 2001. The vines have all developed using the
natural resources of the soil supplimented with carefully chosen
products from the register of organic inputs.
